Eric Garza is a long-time participant in the collapse-aware community who studies food, energy, and systems thinking. He will present a seminar about the energy content of food, the energy needed to deliver food to our tables, and the effects of climate change on the world's food supply.
After Eric's presentation, we will have time for Q&A, and then we'll break into smaller groups to discuss how we can apply what we have heard. The seminar will be recorded and posted on the Collapse Club YouTube channel.
