Seminar video: "Community Resilience" with Ben from Maryland
How can we prepare our homes and communities to cope with the failure of water, electricity, and other utilities in a disaster?
We've posted the video of our seminar on "Community Resilience in Utility Failure" from 16 May, hosted by Kat Soares.
Our presenter, Ben from Maryland, is a water-supply engineer of 20 years experience. He addresses the topics of water, shelter, health, food, and waste-management, when normal services are not available.
The next meeting of the Solidarity Prepping Group is Saturday 30th May, when we'll hear from Eric Garza of Vermont on the topics of food foraging and self-sufficiency. See our Meeting Calendar for the time and meeting link.
