The clocks in Europe changed last weekend, but the clocks in the U.S. haven't changed yet. Therefore, the meeting time in Europe will be ONE HOUR EARLY by the clock, this week only:

• 11:00am Pacific time
• 2:00pm Eastern time
• 6:00pm UK
• 7:00pm Central Europe

Earth Listening

Emma Mary Gathergood will speak to us about why celebrating the seasons of the Solstices, Equinoxes, and Cross-quarter days is an act of defiance against a culture that is disconnected from nature and the natural world, causing trauma, dissociation, isolation, and alienation on a global scale.

When we spend time connecting with the cyclical nature of the seasons we are put back in touch with what is enduring, leaving behind the human supremacist paradigm, and reconnecting with a world where we see ourselves as just one part on the wheel of life. It is Emma Mary's firm belief that we can’t solve our problems from the same consciousness that created those problems. However, listening to and working with the earth opens up a new paradigm, one that offers the possibility of thriving life for all beings. 

Emma Mary Gathergood

Emma Mary is a retired mental health therapist with the NHS and a retired Holistic Life Coach. She says that after 50 years of listening to traumatised people, she discovered she had a talent for listening to a traumatised earth, thus starting her third career facilitating Earth Listening Circles over the last 6 years. She has written four books, 2 on mental health, her life story, and her last one A Year of Earth Listening published this year, which is the basis of this presentation.
